Having contracted a major case of wanderlust, Emilie traveled the world, working as journalist and teaching movement in Thailand, South Africa, San Francisco, and now Dubai. After two surgeries on her spine, Emilie discovered Pilates and the rest is history� She is the owner of The Mindful Body, a health and wellness company, a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Integrated Yoga Tune Up�? instructor and Roll Model Method�? trainer, and a Pilates teacher. Last September, Emilie embarked on a year-long pain care mentorship with Dr Neil Pearson to offer her clients and students more options to prevent and manage pain.
