Tyla Dee Nurden is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specialized in fitness modules Methodology X (founded by world-renowned UK PT, Dan Roberts) and BalletRIP. She's also a professional performer/dancer having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the body to achieve optimum results and injury prevention.
