HIIT (full body)
The workout will have a full body focus. It's not a speedy session, ideally I want you to breathe through every rep and feel the movement to ensure we're executing with correct form.
My name is Sophie Hollingdale, I�m a fitness coach, mother of two, based in Dubai, UAE. I am an ex sprinter, so my style of training stems from an athletic background and I design my workouts based around moving the body to build strength, speed, power and agility.
