Easy, healthy dinner for the family: Salmon tray bake with pak choi and Soba noodles
This gluten-free dish takes about 20 minutes to prepare. It is light, nutrient dense, high in protein and of course delicious.
Main ingredients: salmon steak, Pak choi, soba noodles (or other noodles or even rice) spring onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, coconut aminos (or brown sugar), chilli, sesame seeds, sesame oil (not essential)
