DISH DESCRIPTION: It’s a quick, healthy and delicious meal perfect for any part of the day.
This vegetarian dish takes around 25-30 mins to be done and is very simple, nutritious and obviously super tasty.
Ingredients: one head of cauliflower, 00 flour, cold sparkling water, dried yeast, Parmesan cheese and mint. For the Mayo: sunflower oil, soy milk, fresh ginger, white wine vinegar (or cider vinegar) and pinch of salt. Final touch: sprinkled lime zest on top!
