Yoga (hatha vinyasa)
OBJECTIVE: To raise immunity through warming the mind and connecting with the present moment, activating the promoted joints or increasing the synovial fluid, expanding the lung capacity through pranayama and eliminating toxins promoted by torsions. The class consists of 3 moments: 1. Meditation and breathing 2. Postures (asanas) 3. Yoganidra (time to receive the benefits of the practice)
Priscila Micoli- 34 years old, Yoga practitioner for 12 years and teacher for 7 years. I am a Social Scientist by training, I taught and researched this area for 4 years. I decided to immerse myself in self-knowledge studies after the death of my partner and father of my two children, small at the time, 7 months and 2 years. When everything was confusing, Yoga put me in touch with the root and origin of everything. From there, I reconstructed a new story. I did some training and specializations with renowned teachers among them: Camila Reitz, Fernanda Cunha, Joseph LePage, David Lurey, Gerson Frau, Flavia Schuler, etc ... Currently I teach at the largest Yoga studios in Brazil, Natividade Studio, Yoga Flow Brasil , Naam Yoga Sao Paulo, My Yoga, Bodytech Academies Network. I also organize yoga retreats on the beach, also bringing Surf along with Yoga, as a tool for self-knowledge. In this last carnival I held my 10th edition, at Itamambuca beach, Ubatuba, North Coast of S�o Paulo.
