Originally from France Gladys has made London her new home for the past 4 years. Although initially trained in Vinyasa & Ashtanga, Gladys is also a Functional Training specialist (FRC certified provider). Her classes are focused on breath & mobility as well as increasing overall flexibility. She promotes joint health & longevity in order to open the body safely.
Her aim is to empower her students by helping them build a safe & confident practice and enhancing their mind-body connection.
