Get the best all round experience of Mykonos with us on this special 5-day yoga and socialising retreat. There will be 1 hour yoga flow sessions in the mornings to start the day right followed by healthy, energizing breakfast.
After breakfast, enjoy some socializing time at the villa by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the most sensational cliff top views of the Aegean sea. This is followed by a super nutritious, healthy brunch prepared by our chef. Then there will be more relaxation time at Mykonos' beaches and beach bars to take guests into dinner time.
Dinner is individual or in groups hosted by our hosts and Teo, and will be at some of Mykonos' most authentic Mediterranean restaurants, picked from daily recommendations made by our Nava Haus Retreats hosts.

He left home at 18 to spend 5 years exploring the world and discovering himself. He has learned so many vital life-shaping lessons along his path to self discovery, which he loves to share as he helps others to nurture their possibilities for growth and transformation.
