With over a decade of teaching experience, you are in good hands with Elisa Devlin. Elisa's approach is no nonsense approach, coupled with a fun and generous teaching style. She draws on her 17-year practice of Transcendental Meditation to 'hold the space' for her clients.
Elisa will take you on a journey of exploration with twice daily Yoga sessions. There will be Dynamic Power Yoga in the mornings to get your heart rate up and your blood circulating so you can make the most of the evening socializing activities Mykonos has to offer. The emphasis will be on aligned stretching and power poses all supported by core body training.
With her expert eye, you can be sure Elisa will be on hand giving lots of hands-on adjustments to ensure you gain maximum benefit from the practice.
In the evenings, there will be a workshop style themed practice, giving you the opportunity for a deeper exploration of your experience and a greater understanding of Yoga.
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the game, modifications will be offered. You will leave feeling confident, uplifted and inspired
