About the Villa 

Our two neighbouring villas each have 5 double bedrooms, all furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. Located just outside of Mykonos Town, they also feature spacious alfresco dining areas that overlook the beach & ocean, ideal for dining on those warm summer evenings. Our deck area has ample sun loungers so you can enjoy the summer sunshine, and then cool off by taking a dip in our large outdoor swimming pool.

 

About the teachers 

Fitness power couple Brian and Linda will be joining us from Dubai to lead this Ultimate Wellness Retreat.

Linda Chambers is one of the most well known and inspirational female fitness role models in the Middle East. Living up to her name of ‘hybrid soul’, Linda has been a fitness expert for 22 years and yoga teacher for 15. Creator of HIITasana and YIN for Athletes, she is also a Sound Healing Therapy teacher, Master Personal Trainer, and business owner.


Linda creates truly transformative experiences and her Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing sessions on this retreat are not to be missed! Oh, and expect her to be training beside you in our daily sweat sessions too...she is a hybrid soul after all!

Brian is a highly sought after international fitness trainer/presenter currently based in Dubai, UAE. Boasting a resume including brands such as Nike, Les Mills and TRX, Brian has been working with the best fitness companies on the planet for over 20 years. Co-founder of UNDERDOGBOXN, he is also a Master Personal Trainer, Fitness Educator and Fitness Business consultant.


Brian brings an energy to his workout sessions that is truly unique! HIIT, strength training, running and boxing will be on the Daily Sweat Session menu during this retreat, and these sessions will be designed to test your fitness limits, but leave you feeling energised and empowered!

Typical day on the Ultimate Wellness Retreat

  • Wake up and sweat with Brian’s Daily Sweat Session
  • Fuel yourself with a delicious breakfast, prepared by our private chef
  • Decide on your activity for the day - either on your own or with the group
  • Take the sunset Yoga/Meditation/Sound Healing session with Linda
  • Enjoy an evening alfresco dining feast, whipped up by our private chef
  • Retire to your room, or head out to enjoy some Mykonos nightlife (it's all about balance, right?)
