About Barbsie (art)
Barbsie is a professional London based artist. During the last year alone, Barbsie had 18 successful solo art exhibitions around the world. Her artworks are in private collections all over the world.
Barbsie belongs to a new generation of artists - thinkers, whose philosophical attitude integrates with contemporary society motives to reflect the world of interests of people who reach success.
Barbsie was eduicated in art at the Central Saint Martins College of Art, and is a laureate of two international art contests.
Barbsie's art is about being ambitious in a good way. It is about the drive to discover the true you and the motivaiton arising from your own desires to live life to its fullest, tasting your dreams and challenging yourself every day to exceed your limits. She believes in unleashing the power of art for balance in all areas of your life.
The psychological aspect of art is the key subject of research in Barbsie's art, and that empowers her on her continuous journey to better understand the study of human characters and characteristics.
Understanding the inner world of her students allows Barbsie to communicate in a way that creates a deep connection within the art workshops between the students and their feelings, thereby lending a spritual tone to her workshops.
About Sara (yoga)
Known as 'The Figure Genie', Sara Picken-Brown has over 20 years fitness industry experience. A former professional ballerina, an injury forced a career shift toward fitness. Sara is impressive. She has a decade of professional bodybuilding and 23x championship titles, She is also a 3x IFBB Australian National Champion and IFBB 5th in the World.
With a shift in focus and a passion for greater challenges, Sara began moving toward Crossfit and Functional training; culminating in a 30 day Leadership Intensive with USA Navy SEALs repeated over 3 years and a 50hr (3 days no sleep) BUDS Hell Week experience, of which Sara was the only female to complete alongside 24 from the 50 starters.
Sara is a head coach for TheBoxmind and integral to the creation of all their Wellness programs in Yoga, Meditation and Barre/Pilates Corporate services. It is a priviledge to learn from such an athlete, and this retreat offers the opportunity. It is hard to beat what Sara has to offer.
About our retreats
Nava Haus Retreats retreats are planned around our four key pillars of L.I.F.E: leisure, indulgence, fitness and energy. We combine training and instruction, socializing, well-being and downtime. We expect you to come back pampered, healthier, mentally sound and with new life-long friends. We always use a high standard of luxury villa from our portfolio. They all include infinity pools or similar standard, modern conveniences, kitchen and living areas and beautiful gardens or views.
Our menus are unique, sourced from fresh local ingredients wherever we are and prepared on-site by our chefs, who we typically fly in with us. We work with the best trainers to ensure the fitness and health package is top-notch.

Friday
Big abstract painting.
Instruments: Composition and tone. Drawing.
Therapy: Improving structuring/planning skills, self discipline and self consciousness.
Saturday
Big abstract painting.
Instruments : Paint application and manipulation (acrylic and oil)
Therapy: Stress relief, self expression, energy boost.
Sunday
Big abstract painting.
Instruments: Collage, texture and layering.
Therapy: Improving the ability to think out of the box, the conneciton between using art sintruments and applying a creative approach to business and relationships.
The Yoga Training - designed to build the right foundations
Sara's diverse experience of discipline, mental resilience, focus and 'never quit' attitude has been the foundational principles of her teaching. Her classes include Meditation, Yoga, Pilates and Barre, as these are the complimentary mental and physical platforms that make these philosophies accessible to all.
Sara is a head coach for TheBoxmind and integral to the creation of all their Wellness programs in Yoga, Meditation and Barre/Pilates Corporate services.
Sara is also: A part of the Valetudo Group, Lifestyle/Wellness Expert for H&N Magazine (London) and a graduate of The Royal Academy of Dancing (Advanced).

Meditation with Sara
Mindfulness and meditation are mental training practices that cultivate a subtle awareness of the mind and body and create a transformational platform. They bring awareness to the habits and thought forms that create both wanted and unwanted or positive or negative spirals and results.
Yoga with Sara
Power Yoga is an energetic, dynamic vinyasa style of Yoga, where breath links movements in a flowing lyrical style. Students build strength, flexibility and are challenged in both body and mind.

7.30 pm - 8.30 pm: Formal introducitons, rules, health and safety, welcome to the retreat
8.45 pm - Late: Ice-breaker evening - networking, one on one introductions of all guests by our hosts, BBQ dinner and drinks
Friday
7.00AM: Tea and healthy snacks/biscuits
7.30 am - 8.30 am: 60min Meditation (Sara)
8.45 am -10.15 am: 90min Power Yoga Practice (Sara - program will involve skill-building and progressions in balances and more technical postures)
10.30AM: Healthy, nutritious energy replenishing breakfast (Our chef)
12.00PM: Art therapy session (Barbsie)
1.30PM: Lunch/brunch
3.00PM: Downtime, beach time, activities and Mykonos town tours.
7.00PM: A visit into Mykonos town to experience the Mykonos town nightlife.
9.00PM: Return to the villa
