The Moksha Method Myconian Yoga Retreat - Join Davin on a yoga journey that incorporates yoga, meditation and multiple guided styles and techniques in beautiful Mykonos.
About Davin and the retreat
A 500 E-RYT teacher, his teachings are from the traditions of Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. Davin combines these styles to create classes which can be challenging on occasion, with the awareness to adapt the practice to different levels of practitioners.
With a deep love of functional anatomy, Davin guides classes with clear instruction on posture alignment to allow the practitioner to create a fundamental understanding of the physical body. His classes are known to be vinyasa based with dynamic flows through the postures and longer holds to create depth and deeper understanding of the practice.
Davin has a liking to say the least for inversions and arm balancing. Having led workshops, retreats and teacher training courses worldwide, he's developed techniques to guide practitioners of all levels to safely bring these postures into their yoga practice.
Expect some Vinyasa yoga and more in the group fitness sessions every morning.
About our retreats
Nava Haus Retreats retreats are planned around our four key pillars of L.I.F.E: leisure, indulgence, fitness and energy. We combine training and instruction, socializing, well-being and downtime. Our retreats are perfect for all - singles, couples re-connection, groups of friends or group celebrations. Our hosts ensure everybody is comfortable, well-introduced and included. They will be available daily from your arrival to your departure to ensure you are taken care of, so you can focus on your health and fun.

Start your day with an energising Vinyasa session and fuel yourself with a healthy breakfast before selecting your activity for the day. All equipment will be prepared for you and breakfast and brunch prepared daily by our inhouse chef. Simply rollout of bed, grab your sun cream and we’ll take care of the rest!
Your hosts will guide you through the itinerary making sure you get the most out of each day.
After a day full of activities and adventure, you’ll be transported back to the villa for optional activities. Wrap the day up with a healthy feast from the in-house chef whilst mingling with fellow retreat guests poolside on the terrace. On two of the evenings we will venture into Mykonos Town to indulge in the local cuisine and atmosphere.
* extra-curricular dinners and lunches are optional and not included in booking price.
* transportation to dinner locations in the itinerary is not included but can be arranged. Pls inform our hosts if needed.
