This is a rare opportunity to experience Elena's unique 360° teaching style and enjoy a luxurious villa experience on the beautiful island of Mykonos at the same time. It promises to deliver an inspirational holiday.
You will be taken on a journey through the chakras in a creative 360 degree morning yoga flow around the mat (Mandala style). This will begin with meditation and breathwork. The evening practise will be a guided meditation and yin yoga session underneath the stars to complement the dynamic morning session.
As always, the retreat starts officially with our ice breaker party at the luxury villa, where all guests get to know each other, hosted by our Nava Haus Retreat hosts.
Each day's nutrition will begin with healthy breakfast prepared by our chefs after the morning yoga session. All menus are carefully prepared by nutrition experts and planned from fresh local ingredients to give the full experience of Mykonos and the Aegean. More nutritious food is served for brunch followed by exploration, beach time and down time.
In the evenings guests will be enjoying more of Elena's yoga wisdom with Yin or Restorative yoga and meditation. Dinner time is social time, as we check out some of Mykonos' healthiest restaurants.
Elena's yoga teaching style is inclusive to all levels and intention driven. In 2016 she took the leap and trained in India where she earned her 200 hours yoga alliance certificate in Ashtanga Vinyasa. More recently she gained certification in Mandala Vinyasa, Power yoga, Yin yoga & chakra theory.
On a day-to-day basis she teaches a Creative Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin & Mandala at studios across London to help encourage balance and fun in hectic London lifestyle
