We start the morning with a chat and then some expert F45 introductory training in their beautiful studios in Soho, followed by some amazing healthy and yummy Frozen Smoothie Bowls supplied by London-based health food startup London Blend (see menu options below).

Once done, we will all stroll to Hyde Park for some stretching, small talk and a fun, networking picnic party.

Bring your own food and drinks for the picnic party, and we will provide a glass of bubbly or non-alcoholic drink and a few snacks.

12.30PM - Shake it off: 

Stroll to Hyde Park

Part 2: Better thinking

Group meditation or talk in Hyde Park

Group ice-breaker, more introductions, group chat

Part 3: Play!

One glass of bubbly or non-alcoholic drink each
