Our rules and terms of attendance
THE VIRTUAL RETREATS
Each guest is bound by the itinerary and rules of the specific retreat they have booked. You do not have to attend every session. However, provided the sessions are taught, and all meetings take place, Nava Haus Retreats reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change session times for/on a retreat if we cannot make the sessions happen at times provided. We will always try to announce at least 24 hours before and we will inform each guest before such a change, and we will give the reasons for the change by email and any other agreed mode of communication.
YOUR RETREAT ATTENDANCE
By purchasing all or part of your ticket you agree to attend your chosen retreat sessions and agree that your package is non-refundable unless your retreat is cancelled by Nava Haus Retreats. You can also cancel up to one week before the reterat provided you give us the reasons why. Your money will be refunded immediately on acceptance of your cancellation request and reasons.Money will not be refunded for missed sessions, however, if you miss a session for unavoidable reasons, provided we are satisfied with your reasons, we may from time to time allocate credits in the form of discounts for future purchases. On completing and submitting your booking form during the ticket purchase process via our website, you agree to be bound by our retreat rules.
You can trasnsfer your ticket by giving us adequate notice provided we are satisfied that your replacement is suitable to attend the chosen retreat. Should you wish to do so, please contact our team via the contact form on the bottom of the home page at www.navahausretreats.com. or www.v.navahausretreats.com. We may also need to call you to ask you a few questions about the transfer. If your transfer request is accepted, we will confirm this by sending you an email. Your transfer will bcome final from the date and time your ‘Transfer Accepted’ email is sent. Transfer requests must be made no later than three days before the affected retreat.
RETREAT DATABASE
For at least the duration from the moment of purchase till the end of your chosen retreat as stated on our wbesite www.navahausretreats.com or www.v.navahausretreats.com, it is important for us to have your current details including mobie phone number and email address in our membership database. By purchasing all or part of your ticket, you agree that we can hold your personal details for us to use in connection with your retreat. If your contact details change, please let us know via email on team@navahausretreats.com.
INSTALMENTAL PAYMENTS
We may from time to time accept deposits and balance payment structures for our retreat packages. Deposits are non-refundable. Please read the terms and guidance notes against each ticket for specific details on completion times and offers. By providing us with your payment details, you accept and consent to these terms. It is within our discretion to end early bird prices at any time, based on the terms and guidance provided on the ticketing page for the specific ticket type chosen.
Failure to pay the balance(s) due may result in the guest not being admitted to the retreat.
RETREAT ITINERARIES
A sample retreat itinerary will be provided to you for each retreat. Itinerary content is for guidance and may change depending on circumstances such as unavoidable change of trainer, weather changes and other situations beyond our control. Where theree are changes or cancellations, we will always endeavour to provide suitable, similar replacement activities for the changed activities. We will not proivde partial or any other refunds for replaced activities.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use the personal information you provide to us in connection with your retreat attendance in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GUESTS
Members are not permitted to bring other guests with them to join our virtual retreats sessions at any time without permission. If there is a cogent reason to bring a non-retreat guest to your session, like a minor, please let us know by emailing team@navahausreterats.com in advance. This is so that we can let other reterats guests know there is a minor in session. You must also wait for permission. Any guests breaking this rule may be frozen out from the retreat imemdiately and there will be no refunds. A retreat guest's guests may not in any circumstances attend the retreat without the retreat guest being present. You are responsible for ensuring your guests follow all retreat rules and policies whilst in-session and you can face immediate freeze-out if you or your guests violate such rules or policies.
CHILDREN
The retreats are typically designed for adults, but aim to be child-friendly. In cases where we have family/child friendly retreats, please read the retreat guidance and terms carefully about its rules regarding children, since they will vary. Please remember that your children are your responsibility at all times when present at the sessions and ensure they are not left unattended at any time.
MOBILE PHONES
To protect the relaxed atmosphere within the sessions, members may not take or make phone calls in-session and phones should be in silent/vibration mode while in session. Texting is permitted provided it is discreet and unintrusive. Please ensure that you adhere to our phone policy.
CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES
You may not record and re-dsitribute group sessions without the permission of all present in the session. All session materual is the possession and proeprty of NH Wellness Ltd and cnstn must be sought before recording, re-using or sharing in-session material. This may lead infrignement of others' privacy rights and will be treated as a serious offence.
AUDIO/VIDEO SOUND
Movies, videos, songs, internet calls, presentations and all other audio must only be played through headphones and should not be audible to any other guest present unless permission is given or unless it is an agreed part of the session.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Nava Haus Retreats management and all staff members are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning the guests in the strictest confidence.
ILLEGAL DRUGS/SUBSTANCES/ITEMS
No guest shall use or ingest, illegal drugs or other substances during a reterats session. If any of the actions above prove true, the relevant guest will be removed from the retreat immediately.
No guest shall purchase, sell, watch, use or possess any object which is illegal or offensive while in-session. If this rule is violated, the relevant guest will be removed from reterat and depending on the circumstances we may have to call the police or relevant authorities.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
You may have food and beverages of your choice during sessions provided they are not illlegal.
ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES
We want all our guests to relax and enjoy the activities and facilities available at our retreats in safety. Please be aware that your ehalth and safety is your responsibility in-session. If you have any pre-existing injuries our trainers should be aware of, please ensure to fill out our booking forms correctly and inform your retreats hosts oduring the ice-breaker event on the first evening.
Guests agree to observe the rules, safety explanations and any signs published or displayed on our retreats sessions at any time. Your immediate health and well-being is your responsiblity, however, if you have an accident or suffers any injury during our retreat activities, please report to a your trainer immediately or let our staff know by emailing team@navahausretreats.com immediately. As well as wanting to check on a guest’s well-being and helping where we can, this information is needed in order to help us comply with our health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.
ANIMALS
No animals will be allowed in-session except with prior permission from our hosts (as in the case of legally recognised and certified assistance dogs) or except for animal friendly virtual retreats.
SMOKING POLICY
All guests are obligated to abide by the Nava Haus Retreats smoking policy then in effect and to all applicable no-smoking governmental laws, rules and regulations. Our reterats sessions are considered a public place and No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed in-session at any time. Nava Haus Retreats reserves the right to prohibit or limit smoking in any retreat session at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
Conduct by a guest that is prejudicial to the reputation and character of Nava Haus Retreats may result in expulsion of such a guest with immediate effect. Such conduct may include inappropriate, violent or abusive behaviour or the communication of information concerning other guests on the retreat to the media. An expelled guest may not return to any retreat as a guest or friend of a guest. Nava Haus Retreats wil not refund such a guest's retreat costs for tat reterat or any future booked reterats.
Every guest binds him/herself to abide by the rules and regulations of Nava Haus Retreats at all times upon purchasing a retreats package.
CONSTITUTION
Nava Haus Retreats is constituted to encourage non-political, social and recreational activities and discussions.
USE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
Use of any of the gym or fitness equipment, specified as props or requirements as a part of the reterat sessions is entirely at the risk of a member or his or her guests. Introduction sessions explaining how to safely and properly use any stipulated props or equipment are available and in the case of supervised training, all safety precautions should be explained clearly by the instructor. You must not use any equipment or undertake any activity at a retreat unless you are satisfied that you are competent to do so in a safe and proper manner. You will also be required to complete a health commitment statement confirming that you are in good health and in a fit state to attend our retreats during the booking finalisation process when you create your retreats profile.
LIABILITY OF Nava Haus Retreats
Nava Haus Retreats, its servants and/or agents shall not be liable to any member or guest for any damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused, save in respect of death or personal injury to a guest to the extent caused by the negligence of Nava Haus Retreats, its servants and/or agents. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights a guest may have under law that we cannot legally restrict or exclude.
INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES
In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of these rules, the matter shall be referred to the Nava Haus Retreats designated host. If this needs escalation, it will be referred to the Nava Haus Retreats complaints team, whose decision with respect to the dispute shall be final and without appeal.
These rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and each member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES
Nava Haus Retreats may change these rules from time to time, by displaying notification of the change on www.navahausretreats.com Please be aware that the latest version of the rules are displayed on www.navahausretreats.com. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with the rules.
