Dress is smart casual and the dinner style is informal. Always a fun way to spend the weekday evening. Book early, only limited spaces available, and these always sell it out quickly. Social distancing guidelines are taken into consideration, so spaces are very limited.



Price

This is a pay-what-you-want event, however there is a reservation fee of £30, and a guide price of £40 is suggested, but not compulsory. Of course, you can also request your reservation fee back if you're not impressed :).

Our Trainers


@natalienardi

Natalie Nardi is the founder of Praia do Rosa Yoga Brasil, a Senior Yoga Teacher

and Massage Therapist with over 15 years-experience. She has trained, taught, led courses and hosted retreats around the world.

Her journey began as a child, often being taken to her Mother’s own Yoga class and joining in. At home, massage was regularly used to relieve common ailments, while nutrition was a focus for optimal health –valuable foundations that naturally paved her way.

Natalie’s Yoga training is classically Hatha but a more personal style has developed over the years, having collaborated and been influenced by several high-profile teachers. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic styles and their healing effect by enjoying to teach slow, deep and methodically. A firm believer that Yoga is for everyone, never complicated, always safe and with a sense of freedom and fun; she loves to teach beginners and embraces advanced students to improve their practice from the inside out.

Natalie Nardi: “Being a yoga and massage therapist combined has certainly brought an extra intelligence to my work, whether I meet you in a group, private class or in more of a therapeutic set-up; I take great pride to hold the space, to share my knowledge and to welcome you!”


@stockholmpilatescenter

Saara is a holistic health & wellbeing advocate from Helsinki. A trained yoga, pilates and reiki instructor. She has a passion for combining movement with mental balance. In 2019, Saara went abroad to live in Sydney to learn the Aussie approach to Reformer Pilates, bringing her teaching style to the Stockholm Pilates Center to continue her pilates education and become part of the team.

Class Descriptions


Yoga

Profoundly nourishing classes to encourage your body to heal on a deeper level and your mind to calm more effortlessly. The ethos of quality over quantity is given importance and an emphasis on how a shape or movement feels for the individual, over how it may visually appear. Breathwork and meditation also play a key role; using simple and effective techniques for everyone to remember at home.


Pilates Sculpt

This class will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. A faster paced mat pilates class, expect to sculpt, sweat and shine. 


Pilates Flow

A fluid and slower pilates practice. In a 60 minute class, we will tone, balance and flow, taking into consideration the connection between your body and mind.

Las Vegas Themed Brunch Party

It's been a while since we were able to get the whole Nava Haus Retreats community together. We haven't had a retreats kitchen or yoga bunch in a while, and travelling has been difficult. 



We still wanted to put a smile on your face, so we're bringing Las Vegas to you.



Dress Las Vegas style and let's meet, party and talk about fun, good food, wellness and travels.

About the Villa 

Our two neighbouring villas each have 5 double bedrooms, all furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. Our deck area has ample sun loungers so you can enjoy the summer sunshine, and then cool off by taking a dip in our large outdoor swimming pool.

 

About the teachers 

Fitness power couple Brian and Linda will be joining us from Dubai to lead this Ultimate Wellness Retreat.

Linda Chambers is one of the most well known and inspirational female fitness role models in the Middle East. Living up to her name of ‘hybrid soul’, Linda has been a fitness expert for 22 years and yoga teacher for 15. Creator of HIITasana and YIN for Athletes, she is also a Sound Healing Therapy teacher, Master Personal Trainer, and business owner.


Linda creates truly transformative experiences and her Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing sessions on this retreat are not to be missed! Oh, and expect her to be training beside you in our daily sweat sessions too...she is a hybrid soul after all!

Brian is a highly sought after international fitness trainer/presenter currently based in Dubai, UAE. Boasting a resume including brands such as Nike, Les Mills and TRX, Brian has been working with the best fitness companies on the planet for over 20 years. Co-founder of UNDERDOGBOXN, he is also a Master Personal Trainer, Fitness Educator and Fitness Business consultant.


Brian brings an energy to his workout sessions that is truly unique! HIIT, strength training, running and boxing will be on the Daily Sweat Session menu during this retreat, and these sessions will be designed to test your fitness limits, but leave you feeling energised and empowered!

We start the morning with a chat and then some expert F45 introductory training in their beautiful studios in Soho, followed by some amazing healthy and yummy Frozen Smoothie Bowls supplied by London-based health food startup London Blend (see menu options below).


Once done, we will all stroll to Hyde Park for some stretching, small talk and a fun, networking picnic party.

September Mediterranean Getaway To Mykonos

If you’re looking for a luxury retreat in a beautiful place, but don’t want to go somewhere far away from everything, our September 9th, retreat in Mykonos offers just the perfect balance – a luxury setting with plenty to see and do, but also plenty of quiet time and space to relax after a stressful start to the year.

Brian has always had a skill for motivating and inspiring people to reach their goals, and his ‘no nonsense’ workout sessions will ensure that you get 1% better, every day. Strength + conditioning, HIIT, running, and boxing will be on the daily menu during this retreat!

Typical day

Start your day with an energising Vinyasa session and fuel yourself with a healthy breakfast before selecting your activity for the day. All equipment will be prepared for you and breakfast and brunch prepared daily by our inhouse chef. Simply rollout of bed, grab your sun cream and we’ll take care of the rest!

Your hosts will guide you through the itinerary making sure you get the most out of each day.

After a day full of activities and adventure, you’ll be transported back to the villa for optional activities. Wrap the day up with a healthy feast from the in-house chef whilst mingling with fellow retreat guests poolside on the terrace.  On two of the evenings we will venture into Mykonos Town to indulge in the local cuisine and atmosphere.

Warrior Workout Programme:

Ricardo and Nadine’s warrior workout is a 60 minute class which combines:

Nadine Reader is a life and wellness coach with over 13 years of experience specializing in fitness (boxing, kettlebell training, HIIT and personal training) and as an ICF certified coach her passion is to lead people to their heart-homes through the process of self compassion and self knowledge.


Nadine became a sought after contributor to international fitness publications such as Fitness, Women’s Health and Shape magazine. As a professional fitness model she graced the covers of 7 international magazines including Women’s Health Middle East. In 2016 she was awarded the prestigious female personality of the year in the United Arab Emirates and was recognized by Ahlan magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the UAE four years in a row.


Despite these achievements she suffered from severe anxiety and decided to put her high profile career on pause to reflect on her life. This decision resulted in a quest for self-knowledge which led her to the practice of Yoga, breathwork and meditation. And now with a deeper understanding that our outer world reflects our inner world, her mission is to guide those who seek to live a meaningful life of purpose in a loving, adventurous and joyous way..

Ricardo Vargas is a Master Trainer with over 15 years of experience. He has taught classes in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, San Francisco, London, Dubai and the Caribbean. A broken engagement in 2016 left him questioning the course of his life. Feeling unfulfilled by material success, he donated most of his worldly possessions, purchased a one way ticket to the Far East and embarked upon a spiritual quest. His destiny led him to India where he met his Guru. That Divine meeting with his master forever changed the course of his life. As a result of his studies in mysticism and his Guru’s teachings, Ricardo infuses the essence of Eastern philosophy with the discipline of Western fitness to create a system of self-mastery designed to align the mind, body and soul. We have chosen the beautiful Arosa Lenzerheide ski resort because of their 225 km of prepared slopes up to 2865 metres above sea level, more than 40 cozy mountain restaurants and sun terraces and a record-breaking number of sunny days. Both sides of the valley get sun in the morning and afternoon and offer a 360 degree sun-trap for skiers, snowboarders and winter hikers. Discover the Lenzerheide region and experience the most beautiful parts of this winter paradise in the heart of Graubünden.



Stay in beautiful accommodation

Situated on the shore of Heidsee lake in Lenzerheide in the Grisons Region, 100 yards from Ski Lift Rothorn, Revier Mountain Lodge boasts ski-to-door access. The hotel has a delicious restaurant, a terrace and views of the mountain, and we can enjoy a drink or two at the bar! All rooms have stunning mountain views from panorama windows and come with a flat-screen TV. Each room comes with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.


Expect the best that Switzerland’s cuisine has to offer. From Fondue Chinoise in a cosy chalet to Cheese Fondue by the bonfire with a glass of mulled wine – you name it, we’ll be having it!

Lenzerheide, Swiss Alps - Ski Retreat, a Swiss Bohemian Lodge Escape

This is our first ski retreat and we really wanted it to be special. We have therefore partnered with well-known travel experience brand Follow Alice and we will be enjoying the first few days of this retreat as a group with their guests from all over the world.


Let’s get some fresh air and fresh perspective. Overlooking Heidsee Lake, this casual mountainside hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Lenzerheide/Lai Canols gondola lift and 8 km from Piz Scalottas mountain.  Featuring wood-paneled walls and ceilings, the understated rooms offer free Wi-Fi, entertainment, and en suite facilities with showers, plus floor-to-ceiling windows with lake and mountain views.  Other amenities include a trendy meeting room, and a hip restaurant/bar with regular live music.

With our new dates in early summer ensuring we can travel to our Scotland castle within the guidelines, we are pleased to say spaces are filling up fast.


We have joined forces with Agi Falenta and Natalie Nardi to get some fresh air and fresh perspective. Relax, unwind, and rediscover your inner peace in the Scottish countryside. This retreat is an invitation to you to take some time for yourself. Surrender to your own impulses, feel your own body and give space to your feelings.

Our Trainers

Natalie Nardi is the founder of Praia do Rosa Yoga Brasil, a Senior Yoga Teacher

and Massage Therapist with over 15 years-experience. She has trained, taught, led courses and hosted retreats around the world.


Her journey began as a child, often being taken to her Mother’s own Yoga class and joining in. At home, massage was regularly used to relieve common ailments, while nutrition was a focus for optimal health –valuable foundations that naturally paved her way.


Natalie’s Yoga training is classically Hatha but a more personal style has developed over the years, having collaborated and been influenced by several high-profile teachers. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic styles and their healing effect by enjoying to teach slow, deep and methodically. A firm believer that Yoga is for everyone, never complicated, always safe and with a sense of freedom and fun; she loves to teach beginners and embraces advanced students to improve their practice from the inside out.


Natalie Nardi: “Being a yoga and massage therapist combined has certainly brought an extra intelligence to my work, whether I meet you in a group, private class or in more of a therapeutic set-up; I take great pride to hold the space, to share my knowledge and to welcome you!”

Equitness Pilates has been created by Agi Falenta -- Pilates and fitness instructor, equestrian, a mum of two, horse and border collie lover and a fitness ambassador from Edinburgh, Scotland.


Agi is an International Presenter who has taught workshops and masterclasses to instructors in UK, India, Turkey, Poland, Dubai and the US. She is a creator of the first Interactive Pilates with Props Manual. She has been a horse rider and International showjumper and now shares her passion for Pilates through her Instagram page and at studios in Scotland,

where she currently resides and around the world through her workshops.


"I have practiced Pilates for years but being a bit hyper I have always felt that it is well below my tempo. On the other hand, I didn’t fancy doing high speed exercises that make your shirt soaked in sweat, especially when you want to do a 10 minutes routine on your office lunch break. Having more than 25 years horse riding and show jumping experience I know

the importance of strong core and abdominal muscles not only in riding but in everyday life.


So I took what’s best from Pilates, riding and fitness and created Equitness -- Agi’s way to do Pilates with a powerful twist.


There is no need to spend thousands on sophisticated gym equipment that looks more like medieval torture machines, when you can use very simple props to target specific muscles groups. Thera-bands, circles, loop bands for adding some resistance, or balls, overballs and rollers to help with mobility issues, joints problems and to challenge balance, stability and strength."

Class Descriptions


Yoga

Profoundly nourishing classes to encourage your body to heal on a deeper level and your mind to calm more effortlessly. The ethos of quality over quantity is given importance and an emphasis on how a shape or movement feels for the individual, over how it may visually appear. Breathwork and meditation also play a key role; using simple and effective techniques for everyone to remember at home.


Slow-paced, grounded and soothing, yet strong and suitable for everyone. Expect gentle mobilisation and passive stretches that work deeply to restore the body; with plenty of rest, luxurious support and adjustments to enjoy comfortable holds, over longer periods of time. Perfect to recharge energies, relieve aches, compliment active lifestyles or to simply help busy minds!


Pilates inspired HiIT - High Intensity workout

A little bit faster, more challenging class focussing on burning, sculpting and getting stronger,

leaner, toner. In this session we might use small props to add a challenge and to work more effectively. 

Be ready to sweat and have fun :)


Pilates for everyone

In this session we will focus on better understanding Pilates Principles. Trying to find connection with mind and body.

Session design for all levels. In this class Agi will show lots of progressions and modifications, to make sure that the class will be suitable for all levels.


We might use some small props for support, help, feedback or to add some challenge.


Pilates with a twist

Pilates is so beautiful in its simplicity. It allows you to go smaller, resist less, do fewer repetitions and often slower which helps find you a true challenge - whatever level of ability you are.


In this class Agi will show you how to make slight changes for a greater challenge. Come explore the possibilities with this session of taking the Pilates principles and variations of the original moves to the new level.

Treat yourself to an unforgettable luxurious experience, where the body is honoured as a complete whole; releasing not not only your physical body but also that of your mind and emotions. A mini consultation ensures that sessions are entirely tailor-made to suit individual needs and wants, helping Natalie to treat everyone as unique at any given moment.


You can feel totally at ease in Natalie’s hands, whether you are new to massage, simply looking for relaxation, release of muscular tension, pain relief or seeking healing on a deeper level!


One-2-One Yoga

Natalie’s private Yoga sessions are known to be particularly therapeutic. Expect plenty of ground-based poses, where she uses the floor and bodyweight as a resistance to stretch, move and manipulate you deeply into shapes. Together with better attention to alignment, you will enjoy longer holds with less effort and find greater relief in your body; physically, mentally and emotionally.


It is also time to focus on your individual practice and gain a deeper understanding of your needs, helping you to progress toward personal goals. Excellent for beginners’ initial experience, to help confidence and to establish safe practice skills. Advanced yogis can also benefit to improve their current practice, by working into poses with more detail and by finding an extra element of challenge.
