On this occasion, we head to a private residence in Chelsea, London, where we are joined by our private chef, Shannon, for a delicious, BBQ themed dinner!
Our day will start at 2pm and finish at 6pm.
Shannon is the newest addition to our team. She’s a 31 year old Londoner, who serves up the tastiest multicultural dishes, with an organic and authentic Carribean twist! Her love for cooking started at just 9 years old, where she would help her parents prepare family dinner. Shannon’s creativity comes from travelling, her children and a genuine love for all things food!

We are heading to Battersea, London, to a stunning private residence to enjoy a fun evening of socialising and laughter. Where we can all indulge in some delicious food.
The evening will begin at 6pm, where we can all join together to have a drink and break the ice. We will then be served food at around 8pm - so make sure you're on time! The evening will come to an end at 11pm

Cinco de Mayo - A Mexican Retreat Kitchen!

Join us Friday 6th May to Celebrate a Mexican Holiday - Cinco de Mayo!
Cinco de Mayo commemorates the anniversary of Mexico’s victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.
To celebrate this day, we are hosting our annual Mexican themed private dinner party! This event is at a secret location in Chelsea, London and prepared by our latest addition to the Chef team.
The evening will begin at 6pm and end at 10pm, where you can enjoy a luxurious 3 course Mexican themed cuisine, accompanied by lots of chatting, laughter and socializing!
BYOB! - We have a Bring-Your-Own-Bottle policy, where you can bring any alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink of choice along with you to accompany your dinner.
Dress is smart casual and the dinner style is informal. Always a fun way to spend the weekday evening. Book early, only limited spaces available, and these always sell it out quickly. Social distancing guidelines are taken into consideration, so spaces are very limited.

JUJU
An expert in her field, Juju has been practising yoga for 15 years having trained in Sivananda Yoga, India and most recently in Hot Yoga through Fierce Grace, London. She created VOGA to help others manifest their inner power and connect to the physicality of the body through breath, movement and music. Juju is passionate about making fitness a social and memorable experience!
"Having known first-hand how it feels to experience depleted energy levels with post-viral chronic fatigue in my teens, my main priority since has been to cultivate energy and help others prioritise happiness, health and wellbeing. I created VOGA after the illuminating moment that life can be everything you want it to be. Free your mind, combine your passions.”
Private paid one-on-one sessions are offered 7PM to 8PM daily for those who wish to learn more in-depth techniques from Juju. These can be booked onsite but it's cheaper if booked in advance during the booking process.
Charlotte Frazier
Charlotte has over 10 years of experience coaching her clients to be the best version of themselves.
Charlotte's training is unique and extremely effective for weight loss, strength, conditioning and general fitness. She uses a more holistic approach that takes into consideration all aspects of her clients life, so they can practicalise what she teaches individually.
For example, Charlotte uses the concepts of weights training, functional training and balanced nutrition to help her clients achieve a mindset that helps them to overcome their personal obstacles.
Charlotte is passionate about healing the body through nutrition and exercise, and this is made exceptionally effective by her varied background. Her achievements such as national champion cheerleader and training in jujitsu gives the the know how her to keep her classes fun, motivational and with lots of variation so you never get bored. Now as the manager and trainer of F45 she hopes to champion a new element of functional training through her high energy interval training.
Maria Fregoso
Maria Fregoso has been devoted to the practice of yoga over 8 years, finding a connection through the study of yoga philosophy and other roots of its teachings as Hatha, Vinyasa & Kundalini. Maria has had the great opportunity to practice in 2017 at Mysore KPJAYI school to practice the traditional forms of Ashtanga Yoga with Saraswathi Jois, daughter of Pattabhi Jois, Founder of the system of Ashtanga Vinyasa as we know it now. In a restorative style she teaches Yin Yoga, Pranayama and meditation.
Moksha Soul Yoga was inspired by the Hindu belief that the soul passes through a cycle of successive lives (samsara) and its next incarnation is always dependent on how the previous life was lived (karma).
Maria’s fierce and compassionate dedication to yoga inspires and holds space for students to journey deeper into body, heart, mind, and spirit than they ever could have imagined and experience their inherent potential.

Classes Offered by Maria
Power Vinyasa Flow
This style of yoga is designed to challenge the body while quieting the mind using an intellectually sequenced series of postures that synchronise the breath with movement in continual flow, creating an internal heat within the body. Vinyasa classes often begin with a series of sun salutations to warm up the body. Vinyasa yoga is a fun, athletic form of yoga that will lift your spirits and your energy levels while increasing flexibility, strength and balance.
Beginners Yoga
New to Yoga? On the privacy of your own environment where you can focus on yourself. This class will demystify some of the key postures (and Sanskrit terms) while taking things at a slower, more manageable pace. Creating confidence and comfort in your own practice. Also I’ll be offering two part beginners workshop for a more in-depth introduction to yoga – please contact me for more details.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga derives from the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, linking breath and movement in a continuous flow. The class is based on the Primary Series – a dynamic sequence of postures practiced with focused breathing techniques ( Ujjayi breath or victorious breath), designed specifically to align the body and strengthen the nervous system, while cultivating a feeling of inner peace.
Yin Yoga / Meditation / Breath work
This is a quiet, slow and meditative practice, with a focus on the hips, pelvis and lower spine, all supported by the earth using props and variations to allow the body to open up and the mind to still. By holding postures for an extended period, the connective tissue is stimulated and joints are nourished. Yin is open to all levels and is a great way to bring balance to your dynamic yoga practice. For some the challenge of letting go in a Yin class is harder than coming up into handstand. Some Yin sessions may conclude with a seated meditation to leave you feeling grounded and restored.
HIIT Training (High Intensity, Interval Training)
HIIT workouts generally combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. At fitness studios and online, these workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity shown that HIIT regimens produced significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body. The benefits of HIIT include burning calories, losing weight, and building muscle. HIIT can also help you lower blood pressure and blood sugar, while improving oxygen and blood flow.

The Gala
We promise you a glamorous, and meaningful gala at the Columbia hotel in Hyde Park to enjoy networking and fun in an exquisite private ballroom whilst supporting a good cause.
- The evening starts with an open bar reception including selected spirits, cocktails, wines and prosecco served by expert mixologists.
- We will then move on to our delicious canapé reception with plenty of mouth-watering food, followed by elegant bowl food and mediterranean inspired tapas
- Later in the evening you can enjoy a comedy sketch by London comedy inn
- Followed by a presentation by Clarissa Drysdale-Anderson of YouCanFreeUs.
- Once finished, we will make our way to the dancefloor, where we will be joined by a very exciting DJ lineup.

YouCanFreeUs (www.youcanfreeusuk.org) is an international human rights organization that is fighting modern slavery around the world through advocacy, rescue, and rehabilitation.
Since 2010, they have rescued and successfully rehabilitated thousands of women and children. Recently, they have responded to the refugee crisis in Ukraine which has created a dramatic surge in human trafficking. They are currently leading a relief operation in Eastern Europe and Southern Ukraine bringing support to vulnerable communities.

Finally, the cold weather is nearly behind us! And to mark the beginning of Spring, Nava Haus Retreats hosts ‘A Spring Awakening - Yoga Brunch’, in Battersea, London.
We are partnering with Jodi Hollie - An incredible Yoga and meditation teacher. Along with Rebecca Poole, a naturopathic nutritionist. In order to give you the perfect Saturday morning to relax and unwind, ready for the week ahead!
The morning will start at 10:30am with a morning refreshment - tea or coffee or soft drink.
At 11:00, we will be joined by our amazing Yoga instructor, Jodi Hollie, who will conduct an hour long yoga session where she will welcome the spring flow.
Jodi is a yoga teacher in London and Essex and has been teaching since 2017. She teaches what she loves and is very passionate about the way Yoga can make you feel. Her class will be a perfect mix of movement, relaxation, calm and fun!

Finishing our yoga session at 12, we will then be joined by Rebecca Poole for brunch. Rebecca is a passionate naturopathic nutritionist. She practices nutrition, with the approach of whole organic foods and natural supplements as a treatment for diseases.
Rebecca loves helping people lead a nutritious lifestyle and will be giving tips and recipes on all the dishes she creates!

Retreat Kitchen: Cocktail Masterclass and Sushi

Nava Haus Retreats heads to Nottinghill to private residence for our own take on a cocktail masterclass.
Enjoy a delightful, fun evening of socialising and laughter with Nava Haus Retreats, while induging on Sushi and learning how to make some classic cocktails. Whether it be cocktails or mocktails, the different ranges in flavours will mean theres something for everyone. Cocktail masterclasses are a great way to let your hair down, and break the ice for an enjoyable evening ahead.
The evening will start at 7pm, and the Sushi will be served. There are only 10 spaces for the Sushi Dinner. so please book quickly to ensure your spot. Tickets are £35 per person and very limited availability.
At 8:30pm, we will begin our cocktail masterclass! Each person will be showed how to make 4 cocktails each with fresh fruit, using professional equipment and taught by someone with extensive cocktail knowledge. Accompanying the cocktails, will be a variety of yummy nibbles and snacks worthy of our kitchen retreats. Tickets for the Cocktail Masterclass are £30 per person.

We have put together an amazing team to make an exciting Valentines Dinner and raise money for a charity we strongly believe in and support.

For this occasion we will be heading to Karma Soho to the fabulous Sanctum Hotel, who will be offering a sharing style casual Japanese themed menu with a Michelin Star Chef.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS -
The evening starts at 6pm with a cocktail masterclass in Sanctum Hotel’s member’s club. Join us for a fun, light-hearted evening with a welcome complimentary drink upon arrival. The cocktail class covers the basic construction of cocktails, cocktail equipment & cocktail making techniques. A trained mixologist will teach you how to make a cocktail. After a demonstration, you will use professional bar equipment with guidance from our bartender to mix a cocktail of your choice behind the bar.
MOUTON ROTHSCHILD DINNER + CLASS -
At 7pm we are joined by Paul Declerck, a wine investment specialist, who will be hosting THE MOUTON ROTHSCHILD dinner and a class. Paul is originally from a wine making family in French Loire Valley and is well placed to share his expertise and knowledge. Each month, Paul hosts popular wine networking events, dissecting the delights of popular top-quality producers and wine regions from across the globes.
For this occasion we have a Michelin star Chef creating a luxury Japanese 3 course sharing dinner (with vegetarian option available). Alongside this lavish menu, Paul will be conducting a full class on one of the most famous wines in the world. In this class, you will have the opportunity to taste a number of different vintages and learn about the history and region, as well as plenty of other interesting facts..
VALENTINES DINNER -
At 8:30pm we will be serving the Japanese Fusion dinner excluding the wine tasting and class. This will be prepared by a Michelin star chef and is a 3 course Japanese menu, with a vegetarian option available, accompanied by a complimentary glass of wine.
At 9:30pm, all guests can relocate and join one another in the bar and lounge room, where a DJ Ale Alonso, will continue to play for the rest of the evening. Ale is a Mexican DJ and electronic music producer. Her favourite genres include Afro House, Latin, Oriental, Tech House, Melodic House & Techno Funk!
Ale is also the founder of the Non-Profit charity, ISOMA children, of which we are holding this event in aid of! @isoma.children
ISOMA Children is a charity with the mission to give the Maasai children in Tanzania access to free quality education. Aiming to develop a school programme that integrates academic, environmental conservation, sports and artistic education to enable the sustainable development of the community.
On this special occasion we will be taking over a lovely Hotel in Soho London. Join us for a cosy, social evening of healthy dining, chatting, drinking, togetherness and laughter.

Stay in beautiful accommodation
Situated on the shore of Heidsee lake in Lenzerheide in the Grisons Region, 100 yards from Ski Lift Rothorn, Revier Mountain Lodge boasts ski-to-door access. The hotel has a delicious restaurant, a terrace and views of the mountain, and we can enjoy a drink or two at the bar! A Taste of Mexico - exciting!

Jose AKA Pachi, has been cooking for 10 years, originally from Mexico City is now a Chef at Carousel in London. He’s trained in Mexico, Copenhagen, France, Spain and has done events globally. Think bold tasty flavors and awesome technique. Pachi will transport us to Mexico for the evening.

Our Trainers
@natalienardi
Natalie Nardi is the founder of Praia do Rosa Yoga Brasil, a Senior Yoga Teacher
and Massage Therapist with over 15 years-experience. She has trained, taught, led courses and hosted retreats around the world.
Her journey began as a child, often being taken to her Mother’s own Yoga class and joining in. At home, massage was regularly used to relieve common ailments, while nutrition was a focus for optimal health –valuable foundations that naturally paved her way.
Natalie’s Yoga training is classically Hatha but a more personal style has developed over the years, having collaborated and been influenced by several high-profile teachers. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic styles and their healing effect by enjoying to teach slow, deep and methodically. A firm believer that Yoga is for everyone, never complicated, always safe and with a sense of freedom and fun; she loves to teach beginners and embraces advanced students to improve their practice from the inside out.

Tian Howell is a pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and life enthusiast! She first found Pilates when embarking on her professional ballet career at the late age of 14. It played a massive role in improving her strength and preventing injuries due to her hypermobility syndrome. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Dance with a first-class honours degree, she turned her attention to Pilates.
Tian’s number one goal in life is to help make people happy, healthy and encourage sustainable lifestyles.
When Tian was age 19 to 24, she went through a rough period of poor health, including Ulcerative Colitis, Cancer and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. However, those five years gave her time to reflect and realise that her health and wellbeing must become a priority. As a result, her whole outlook on life changed, and she now works from a place of passion and positivity.
Tian is devoted to encouraging healthy, balanced lifestyles without compromising on life's little pleasures. Fitness should be sustainable and support your lifestyle rather than inhibit it.
Her classes are fun and uplifting but don’t be fooled; she’ll work you hard!
@Zsuzsavinczeller
Zsuzsa is a Hungarian from Transylvania. She's a full time fitness professional and specialises in Reforming, Strength & Conditioning and HIIT classes. She's a qualified personal trainer but she mainly works with bigger groups as she love the atmosphere when a lot of people are working out at the same time motivating each other.
Her sessions are always focusing on teaching you how to move better and feel stronger physically and mentally.
Class Descriptions
Yoga
Profoundly nourishing classes to encourage your body to heal on a deeper level and your mind to calm more effortlessly. The ethos of quality over quantity is given importance and an emphasis on how a shape or movement feels for the individual, over how it may visually appear. Breathwork and meditation also play a key role; using simple and effective techniques for everyone to remember at home.
HIIT Classes
It's a High-Intensity Interval Training it's a short, simple and effective workout. This workout style keeps not just your body but your mind sharp too. It improves the oxygen consumption and blood flow, it can lower your blood pressure and blood sugar level. It stimulates your metabolism and it can help improve your sleep quality. Many benefits with a quick session where your only equipment needed is your own body.
Mobility Flow
During this session we are moving slowly but continuously in different plane of motions to improve blood flow and mobilize the body. As we are working with our bodyweight we still get a good workout with the benefit of low impact on the joints and feeling energized for the rest of the day - ready for all the adventures this retreat hold for us.

Taste of Mexico Retreat Kitchen

This event is at a secret location in West London and prepared by our latest addition to the Chef team.
Jose AKA Pachi, has been cooking for 10 years, originally from Mexico City is now a Chef at Carousel in London. He’s trained in Mexico, Copenhagen, France, Spain and has done events globally. Think bold tasty flavors and awesome technique. Pachi will transport us to Mexico for the evening.
It promises to be another social evening of healthy dining, chatting, drinking, togetherness and laughter, the way you would expect them to be at Nava Haus Retreats.
- And you learn tips on how the dishes are made too!
The evening starts at 7PM with ice-breaker drinks & mocktails, followed by a special multiple course dinner accompanied by drinks. There are typically three to four (4) revealed courses and other surprise courses on the menu. Our chefs also give tips and advice on how to create each recipe.

Dress is smart casual and the dinner style is informal. Always a fun way to spend the weekday evening. Book early, only limited spaces available, and these always sell it out quickly. Social distancing guidelines are taken into consideration, so spaces are very limited.
