Once done, we will all stroll to Hyde Park for some stretching, small talk and a fun, networking picnic party.

July Mediterranean Getaway To Mykonos

If you’re looking for a luxury retreat in a beautiful place, but don’t want to go somewhere far away from everything, our July 1st, retreat in Mykonos offers just the perfect balance – a luxury setting with plenty to see and do, but also plenty of quiet time and space to relax after a stressful start to the year.


  • All meals prepared by private chef (excluding 2 dinners out in local restaurants) 
  • This includes 1/2 bottle of wine per person with dinner in the villa

And we don’t think you need to deprive yourself on a yoga retreat – yoga and fitness are at the core of our retreats, but we like to enjoy a nice break at the same time. No waking up at dawn (unless you want to), no strict rules on food and drinks, we guide you, but everything is optional, and you can spend time with the group or on your own – most people do a bit of both.



Hermine will be joining us from Paris and Charm from Dubai to lead the yoga classes on the retreat. Relax, unwind, and rediscover your inner peace in Mykonos, Greece. This retreat is an invitation to you to take some time for yourself. Surrender to your own impulses, feel your own body and give space to your feelings. Located just outside of Mykonos Town, discover the quiet charm of the Cycladic maze of Hora, the pleasure of travelling the backcountry roads and a dining scene to rival any Greek island.



Our two neighbouring villas each have 5 double bedrooms.  Furnished & equipped to an extremely high standard with spacious alfresco dining verandas overlooking the beach & ocean ideal in the warm summer evenings. Our villas are in a prime beach location with ample sun loungers & outdoor dining areas, all have large swimming pools.



We will  host you individually as you personally experience a physical and spiritual rebalancing journey, in connection with our natural surroundings. We’ll enjoy delicious meals and spa treatments, and we’ll plan day trips and group dinners. But everything is optional – completely up to you.



Travelling solo is becoming an increasingly popular way to treat yourself to some serious me-time. Fitness holidays for singles allow you to zone in on your personal goals, go at your own pace and perhaps make some new friends as you cheer each other on. Hermine Prunier is a french yoga teacher based in Paris, a professional dancer & podcaster dedicated to lead people, especially women, to find peace with their bodies, cultivate love for themselves and help them deconstruct social conditioning so that they can live a wild, creative and fulfilling life.

She teaches extra fluid vinyasa yoga flows, inspired by her favorites yoga teachers such as Talia Sutra & Meghan Currie, infused with dancing moves coming from different performers she works with especially Tenille Bony (Crazy Horse dancer) and Mimimaxwell (Manko Cabaret)"


@charmyogadubai: Charm is an experienced Yoga, Mindfulness instructor & NLP coach. She focuses on mental and emotional well being by inspiring her clients to reduce stress and live more empowered lives. Currently living in the Middle East, she truly is a citizen of the world having lived and worked in over 20 countries across USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.


Typical day

Start your day with an energising Vinyasa session and fuel yourself with a healthy breakfast before selecting your activity for the day. All equipment will be prepared for you and breakfast and brunch prepared daily by our inhouse chef. Simply rollout of bed, grab your sun cream and we’ll take care of the rest!

Your hosts will guide you through the itinerary making sure you get the most out of each day.

After a day full of activities and adventure, you’ll be transported back to the villa for optional activities. Wrap the day up with a healthy feast from the in-house chef whilst mingling with fellow retreat guests poolside on the terrace.  On two of the evenings we will venture into Mykonos Town to indulge in the local cuisine and atmosphere.

Juliet has been practising yoga for the last 15 years and trained in Sivananda Yoga, India, 2011 and Fierce Grace Hot Yoga, London, 2018.


She created VOGA to help others believe in their inner power and connect to the physicality of the body through breath, movement and music, making your fitness experience a social and memorable experience.

Lagos, Portugal - Portuguese Warrior Workout Retreat

Doing lots of fitness and yoga but still feeling there is more? This retreat is a journey into balance and self-discovery with healing to complete the journey of wellness in mind, body and spirit.


Partnering with Ricardo Vargas and Nadine Reader, this is one of our most international retreats with guests joining us from The US, EU and Middle East.


You get:

  • Luxury beachside villa accommodation (4 nights, 5 days)

  • Daily Warrior Workouts with Nadine and Ricardo

Warrior Workout Programme:

Ricardo and Nadine’s warrior workout is a 60 minute class which combines:

  • 25 mins of YOGA
  • 25 mins of HIIT
  • followed by a 10  minute Sound Bath Meditation. 

Coupling the ancient science of Yoga with modern movements reduces stress, increases mobility and strengthens and tones the muscles. Tibetan Singing bowls relax and rejuvenate the body on a cellular level. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to turn it up, turn it down and is seeking a holistic approach to fitness; wellness  in mind, body, and spirit.


This is an invitation to you to take some time for yourself. Surrender to your own impulses, feel your own body and give space to your feelings. Located in the historic city of Lagos, from where expeditions of Portuguese navigators sailed to discover four continents.

SWIM

Dive into our pool for some energetic exercise or feel the lukewarm waters of the Atlantic and enjoy invigorating moments of well-being. Good for the body and soothing for the mind.


WATER SPORTS

The options are endless. Join a surf, windsurf or parasailing class. Discover Ponta da Piedade by kayak or the southwest coast of the Algarve on a SUP. You can even go on a fishing trip out in the ocean with family and friends. You are free to grow your own unique memories.


RUN

The natural landscape of Ponta da Piedade, the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding natural setting combined with the picturesque city of Lagos provide the scenario and unique trails to run, hike or maybe just walk.


CYCLE

Discover the Via Algarviana, paths that invite you to discover a less known Algarve. Green trails, hidden beach coves, river channels and secondary roads await.


MONCHIQUE MOUNTAIN

Walking or trekking or even cycling along the Monchique mountain range will take you away from the touristic routes and into the inland Algarve. Adventure awaits.


NATURAL PARK

The Natural Park of the Vicentine Coast and Southwest Alentejo is just about half an hour from the Cascade Wellness Resort and it extends along the Southwest Coast of Portugal for about 100 kilometres. Discover its marked trails and watch exceptional fauna and flora.

Nadine Reader is a life and wellness coach with over 13 years of experience specializing in fitness (boxing, kettlebell training, HIIT and personal training) and as an ICF certified coach her passion is to lead people to their heart-homes through the process of self compassion and self knowledge.


Nadine became a sought after contributor to international fitness publications such as Fitness, Women’s Health and Shape magazine. As a professional fitness model she graced the covers of 7 international magazines including Women’s Health Middle East. In 2016 she was awarded the prestigious female personality of the year in the United Arab Emirates and was recognized by Ahlan magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the UAE four years in a row.


Despite these achievements she suffered from severe anxiety and decided to put her high profile career on pause to reflect on her life. This decision resulted in a quest for self-knowledge which led her to the practice of Yoga, breathwork and meditation. And now with a deeper understanding that our outer world reflects our inner world, her mission is to guide those who seek to live a meaningful life of purpose in a loving, adventurous and joyous way..


Ricardo Varga (@fitlikeric)

Ricardo Vargas is a Master Trainer with over 15 years of experience. He has taught classes in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, San Francisco, London, Dubai and the Caribbean. A broken engagement in 2016 left him questioning the course of his life. Feeling unfulfilled by material success, he donated most of his worldly possessions, purchased a one way ticket to the Far East and embarked upon a spiritual quest. His destiny led him to India where he met his Guru. That Divine meeting with his master forever changed the course of his life. As a result of his studies in mysticism and his Guru’s teachings, Ricardo infuses the essence of Eastern philosophy with the discipline of Western fitness to create a system of self-mastery designed to align the mind, body and soul. His mission is simple: To educate, enhance and empower the lives of those he serves.



What to expect on a  typical day:

Start your day with an energising Warrior Workout session and fuel yourself with a healthy breakfast before selecting your activity for the day. All equipment will be prepared for you and breakfast and brunch prepared daily by our inhouse chef. Simply rollout of bed, grab your sun cream and we’ll take care of the rest!


Your hosts will guide you through the itinerary making sure you get the most out of each day.


After a day full of activities and adventure, you’ll be transported back to the villa for optional activities including sound bath for relaxation to open energy lines and relieve stress. Wrap the day up with a healthy feast from the in-house chef whilst mingling with fellow retreat guests poolside on the terrace.

*This is our first ski retreat and we really wanted it to be special. We have therefore partnered with well-known travel experience brand Follow Alice and we will be enjoying the first few days of this retreat as a group with their guests from all over the world.

Situated on the shore of Heidsee lake in Lenzerheide in the Grisons Region, 100 yards from Ski Lift Rothorn, Revier Mountain Lodge boasts ski-to-door access. All rooms have stunning mountain views from panorama windows and come with a flat-screen TV. Each room comes with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Natalie Nardi is the founder of Praia do Rosa Yoga Brasil, a Senior Yoga Teacher

and Massage Therapist with over 15 years-experience. She has trained, taught, led courses and hosted retreats around the world.


Her journey began as a child, often being taken to her Mother’s own Yoga class and joining in. At home, massage was regularly used to relieve common ailments, while nutrition was a focus for optimal health –valuable foundations that naturally paved her way.


Natalie’s Yoga training is classically Hatha but a more personal style has developed over the years, having collaborated and been influenced by several high-profile teachers. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic styles and their healing effect by enjoying to teach slow, deep and methodically. A firm believer that Yoga is for everyone, never complicated, always safe and with a sense of freedom and fun; she loves to teach beginners and embraces advanced students to improve their practice from the inside out.


Natalie Nardi: “Being a yoga and massage therapist combined has certainly brought an extra intelligence to my work, whether I meet you in a group, private class or in more of a therapeutic set-up; I take great pride to hold the space, to share my knowledge and to welcome you!”

Equitness Pilates has been created by Agi Falenta -- Pilates and fitness instructor, equestrian, a mum of two, horse and border collie lover and a fitness ambassador from Edinburgh, Scotland.


Agi is an International Presenter who has taught workshops and masterclasses to instructors in UK, India, Turkey, Poland, Dubai and the US. She is a creator of the first Interactive Pilates with Props Manual. She has been a horse rider and International showjumper and now shares her passion for Pilates through her Instagram page and at studios in Scotland,

where she currently resides and around the world through her workshops.


"I have practiced Pilates for years but being a bit hyper I have always felt that it is well below my tempo. On the other hand, I didn’t fancy doing high speed exercises that make your shirt soaked in sweat, especially when you want to do a 10 minutes routine on your office lunch break. Having more than 25 years horse riding and show jumping experience I know

the importance of strong core and abdominal muscles not only in riding but in everyday life.


So I took what’s best from Pilates, riding and fitness and created Equitness -- Agi’s way to do Pilates with a powerful twist.


There is no need to spend thousands on sophisticated gym equipment that looks more like medieval torture machines, when you can use very simple props to target specific muscles groups. Thera-bands, circles, loop bands for adding some resistance, or balls, overballs and rollers to help with mobility issues, joints problems and to challenge balance, stability and strength."

Yoga

Profoundly nourishing classes to encourage your body to heal on a deeper level and your mind to calm more effortlessly. The ethos of quality over quantity is given importance and an emphasis on how a shape or movement feels for the individual, over how it may visually appear. Breathwork and meditation also play a key role; using simple and effective techniques for everyone to remember at home.


Slow-paced, grounded and soothing, yet strong and suitable for everyone. Expect gentle mobilisation and passive stretches that work deeply to restore the body; with plenty of rest, luxurious support and adjustments to enjoy comfortable holds, over longer periods of time. Perfect to recharge energies, relieve aches, compliment active lifestyles or to simply help busy minds!


Pilates inspired HiIT - High Intensity workout

A little bit faster, more challenging class focussing on burning, sculpting and getting stronger,

leaner, toner. In this session we might use small props to add a challenge and to work more effectively.

Pilates for everyone

In this session we will focus on better understanding Pilates Principles. Trying to find connection with mind and body.

Session design for all levels. In this class Agi will show lots of progressions and modifications, to make sure that the class will be suitable for all levels.


We might use some small props for support, help, feedback or to add some challenge.


Pilates with a twist

Pilates is so beautiful in its simplicity. It allows you to go smaller, resist less, do fewer repetitions and often slower which helps find you a true challenge - whatever level of ability you are.


In this class Agi will show you how to make slight changes for a greater challenge. Come explore the possibilities with this session of taking the Pilates principles and variations of the original moves to the new level.

One-2-One Yoga

Natalie’s private Yoga sessions are known to be particularly therapeutic. Expect plenty of ground-based poses, where she uses the floor and bodyweight as a resistance to stretch, move and manipulate you deeply into shapes. Together with better attention to alignment, you will enjoy longer holds with less effort and find greater relief in your body; physically, mentally and emotionally.


It is also time to focus on your individual practice and gain a deeper understanding of your needs, helping you to progress toward personal goals. Excellent for beginners’ initial experience, to help confidence and to establish safe practice skills. Advanced yogis can also benefit to improve their current practice, by working into poses with more detail and by finding an extra element of challenge.

ABOUT JUJU

An expert in her field, Juju has been practising yoga for 15 years having trained in Sivananda Yoga, India and most recently in Hot Yoga through Fierce Grace, London. She created VOGA to help others manifest their inner power and connect to the physicality of the body through breath, movement and music. Juju is passionate about making fitness a social and memorable experience!

Since joining the House of VOGA, Daisy May has become one of the house’s leading VOGA instructors, representing and teaching VOGA worldwide.

Charlotte Frazier

Charlotte has over 10 years of experience coaching her clients to be the best version of themselves.

Charlotte's training is unique and extremely effective for weight loss, strength, conditioning and general fitness. She uses a more holistic approach that takes into consideration all aspects of her clients life, so they can practicalise what she teaches individually.


For example, Charlotte uses the concepts of weights training, functional training and balanced nutrition to help her clients achieve a mindset that helps them to overcome their personal obstacles.


Charlotte is passionate about healing the body through nutrition and exercise, and this is made exceptionally effective by her varied background. Her achievements such as national champion cheerleader and training in jujitsu gives the the know how her to keep her classes fun, motivational and with lots of variation so you never get bored. Now as the manager and trainer of F45 she hopes to champion a new element of functional training through her high energy interval training.


Maria Fregoso

Maria Fregoso has been devoted to the practice of yoga over 8 years, finding a connection through the study of yoga philosophy and other roots of its teachings as Hatha, Vinyasa & Kundalini. Maria has had the great opportunity to practice in 2017 at Mysore KPJAYI school to practice the traditional forms of Ashtanga Yoga with Saraswathi Jois, daughter of Pattabhi Jois,  Founder of the system of Ashtanga Vinyasa as we know it now. In a restorative style she teaches Yin Yoga, Pranayama and meditation.


Moksha Soul Yoga was inspired by the Hindu belief that the soul passes through a cycle of successive lives (samsara) and its next incarnation is always dependent on how the previous life was lived (karma).


Maria’s fierce and compassionate dedication to yoga inspires and holds space for students to journey deeper into body, heart, mind, and spirit than they ever could have imagined and experience their inherent potential.

Classes Offered by Maria


Power Vinyasa Flow

This style of yoga is designed to challenge the body while quieting the mind using an intellectually sequenced series of postures that synchronise the breath with movement in continual flow, creating an internal heat within the body. Vinyasa classes often begin with a series of sun salutations to warm up the body. Vinyasa yoga is a fun, athletic form of yoga that will lift your spirits and your energy levels while increasing flexibility, strength and balance.


Beginners Yoga

New to Yoga? On the privacy of your own environment where you can focus on yourself. This class will demystify some of the key postures (and Sanskrit terms) while taking things at a slower, more manageable pace. Creating confidence and comfort in your own practice. Also I’ll be offering two part beginners workshop for a more in-depth introduction to yoga – please contact me for more details.


Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga derives from the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, linking breath and movement in a continuous flow. The class is based on the Primary Series – a dynamic sequence of postures practiced with focused breathing techniques ( Ujjayi breath or victorious breath), designed specifically to align the body and strengthen the nervous system, while cultivating a feeling of inner peace.


Yin Yoga / Meditation / Breath work

This is a quiet, slow and meditative practice, with a focus on the hips, pelvis and lower spine, all supported by the earth using props and variations to allow the body to open up and the mind to still. By holding postures for an extended period, the connective tissue is stimulated and joints are nourished. Yin is open to all levels and is a great way to bring balance to your dynamic yoga practice. For some the challenge of letting go in a Yin class is harder than coming up into handstand. Some Yin sessions may conclude with a seated meditation to leave you feeling grounded and restored.


HIIT Training (High Intensity, Interval Training)

HIIT workouts generally combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. At fitness studios and online, these workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity shown that HIIT regimens produced significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body. The benefits of HIIT include burning calories, losing weight, and building muscle. HIIT can also help you lower blood pressure and blood sugar, while improving oxygen and blood flow.

Sanctuary was a major success last July. 16 young professionals joined us in the most beautiful mansion in Suffolk to enjoy a week of camaraderie and great food with yoga and meditation taught by our trainers. Equitness Pilates has been created by Agi Falenta from Edinburgh, Scotland.

Agi is an International Presenter who has taught workshops and masterclasses to instructors in UK, India, Turkey, Poland, Dubai and the US. She is a creator of the first Interactive Pilates with Props Manual. She has been a horse rider and International showjumper and now shares her passion for Pilates through her Instagram page and at studios in Scotland.


Agi took what’s best from Pilates, riding and fitness and created Equitness -- Agi’s way to do Pilates with a powerful twist..

Natalie Nardi is the founder of Praia do Rosa Yoga Brasil. She is a senior Yoga teacher and massage therapist with over 15 years-experience. She has trained, taught, led courses and hosted retreats around the world.


Natalie’s Yoga training is classically Hatha but a more personal style has developed over the years, having collaborated and been influenced by several high-profile teachers.

Yoga

A profoundly nourishing class that encourages the body to heal on a greater level and where the mind draws effortlessly toward more calm. The ethos of quality over quantity is given importance, along with an emphasis on how a shape or movement feels for the individual, over how it may visually appear. Breathwork and mindfulness also play a key role; using simple and effective techniques for everyone to remember at home.


Slow-paced, grounded and soothing, yet strong and suitable for everyone. Expect gentle mobilisation and passive stretches that work deeply to restore the body; with plenty of luxurious support and adjustments to enjoy comfortable holds, over longer periods of time. Pilates inspired HiIT - High Intensity workout

A little bit faster, more challenging class focussing on burning, sculpting and getting stronger,

leaner, toner. In this session we might use small props to add a challenge and to work more effectively.

Pilates for everyone

In this session we will focus on better understanding Pilates Principles. Trying to find connection with mind and body.

Session design for all levels. In this class Agi will show lots of progressions and modifications, to make sure that the class will be suitable for all levels.


We might use some small props for support, help, feedback or to add some challenge.


Pilates with a twist

Pilates is so beautiful in its simplicity. It allows you to go smaller, resist less, do fewer repetitions and often slower which helps find you a true challenge - whatever level of ability you are.


In this class Agi will show you how to make slight changes for a greater challenge. Come explore the possibilities with this session of taking the Pilates principles and variations of the original moves to the new level.

Massage is a natural way of life for Natalie, having been introduced to this healing art from an early age, when it was used in the family home as a principal tool against common ailments.

Natalie honours the body as a complete whole, balancing not just the physical side but also that of the mind and emotions. The training will be provided by Liz and Emilie, both highly accomplished yoga, therapy and wellness and teachers. About Liz Terry 

It took an open heart and a willingness to jump in feet first to surrender to her inner guidance. Liz is an eRYT500 Vinyasa, Yin and Yogaworks Teacher Trainer who caught a bit of wanderlust and has been traveling teaching yoga since 2008. Having studied with YogaWorks for her 200hr in California, and with the world-renowned Michel Besnard in Thailand for her 300hr TT, Liz has so much knowledge to share. What she’s learned from her teachers and students from being abroad goes beyond what being on the mat has taught her. 

Liz continues to enhance her teaching by practicing all types of movement from yoga to crossfit, running & Yoga Tune Up etc. Her classes challenge the idea of what asana is, allowing her students to explore and empower themselves by learning what their bodies and minds can do.

Liz is also a Rolfer™, Structural Integrator, which has helped inform her teaching into a much deeper understanding of functional movement and exploration of fascia

About Emilie Mikulla​

Having contracted a major case of wanderlust, Emilie traveled the world, working as journalist and teaching movement in Thailand, South Africa, San Francisco, and now Dubai. After two surgeries on her spine, Emilie discovered Pilates and the rest is history… She is the owner of The Mindful Body, a health and wellness company, a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Integrated Yoga Tune Up®️ instructor and Roll Model Method®️ trainer, and a Pilates teacher. Last September, Emilie embarked on a year-long pain care mentorship with Dr Neil Pearson to offer her clients and students more options to prevent and manage pain.

Emilie’s powerful yet therapeutic classes will help get out of your pain cycle, and empower you with the selfcare tools you need to become the guardian of your own body and keep practicing the activities you love for a lifetime.

Jackie’s yoga journey started over 20 years ago when she was still at University. She knew then that she loved it but didn’t take it seriously and was not consistently practising. With all the stresses, hustles and bustles of life she reconnected properly with yoga about 8 years ago with consistent practice.

Jackie is a certified Mat Yoga, Yoga Trapeze and Gravity Yoga Instructor. Her Yoga Flows are an infusion of various styles of Yoga, Pilates, Weight Training with the use of props such as straps, stability ball and blocks.
