FIND YOUR PERFECT RETREAT
Look through our varied selection of wellness trips and retreats on the retreats page of the website and pick a retreat that's perfect for you. Click on the "Find out more" button to read more about the retreat. The retreat page also typically includes a sample itinerary which gives a strong indication of how your retreat will be organized. The sample itinerary is indeed a sample and there may be slight changes based on the weather and the rules or availability of venues in the destination town at the time we're there.
Once satisfied, Click on the "Book This Retreat" button to find the listed accommodation package prices and pay by card or using Paypal.

HOW ROOMS WORK
Room types and prices will be listed on the "Book This Retreat" page of the retreat you have chosen. Not all rooms are en-suite, and when this is the case,we allocate en-suite bedrooms on a first come first served basis. If you have special requirements, you can contact us using one of the methods above.
All our retreats have rooms that can be shared or booked as a single occupant:
Shared: Typically between two people. We often advice guests to book in pairs if sharing is preferred, but we have also successfully matched guests carefully with similar guests to share twin rooms on many occasions.
Single occupant: You wish to stay in a room alone.
Typically, every retreat includes two meals a day. These are typically breakfast or brunch and dinner. Any "optional" dinner days listed on the sample itinerary for your retreat are not covered as a part of your booking package. For those our hosts would typically recommend a venue in town where our team will be that evening, and all guests are welcome to join and socialise on a pay as you go basis.
Each retreats booking page lists the food arrangements for that retreat. However, if you're not sure about the food arrangements for your chosen retreat, or it is not clear, please email us on or WhatsApp us on +44 7835 854265.
Flight costs, transportation to and from the airport and transportation to events and dinners or social outings away from the retreats villa premises are not included in our booking package prices. On some retreats we offer transportation packages as an add-on, which ensures we pre-arrange all your trips for you to and from the airport and to any offsite activities destinations.
For add-on activities listed on the bookings pages, transportation arrangements wil be mentioned in the activity description, as described below
We often list add-on ativities like boat cruises, snorkelling, winte tasting and more on our booking pages. You can book these upfront when you book your package, or book closer to the retreat time if you inform us. Typically, add-on activities prices would include transportation to and from that activity.
During the booking process, we ask you specific questions about your health, level of fitness, allergies and preferences so that we can ensure all your needs are met. About two weeks before your retreat, we will send you a retreats information pack and any final instructions to make sure you have everything you need.
On arrival day, we always host an ice-breaker dinner evening to ensure all guests are introduced and to make everyone as welcome as possible. This is included in the package price. From then till your leaving day, we take care of the rest. You are in good hands.
INSTALMENTS & DEPOSITS
For some of our retreats, we accept deposits on a case by case basis to help you secure your space. If you would like a deposit and balance arrangement, please contact us on or WhatsApp us on +44 7835 854265. You will be given a completion date by which you must complete the balance or you may lose your space due to high demand. If you miss your completion date and the space is lost due to demand, we will refund your deposit. If however you cannot complete your balance before the retreat and the space is not lost we will not be able to refund your deposit as per our bookings terms.
