1. Operations & Marketing Intern
The candidate will support the Founders on a part-time basis with all aspects of event logistics such as managing RSVP and vendor databases, social net marketing, logo creation, working with various vendors (florists, production, etc.) and researching suitable venues for events and will receive hands on, on-site event experience. This individual will also handle some administrative duties such as filing, mailings, etc. The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills which include, but are not limited to, Excel and PowerPoint. The intern should also be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment but remotely on their own time.
2. Freelance Graphic Designers
Supply social media content . Design event brochures and guest packs . Mobile app theme design . Branding support and advice.
3. Freelance Entertainment Directors
Source unique immersive acts for retreat events & parties . Design and curate immersive event set ideas in the ethos of #benava . Advice on villa theming, event set management.
