Raffle Terms and Conditions
 

Please read below Terms and Conditions

  1. The cost of each ticket entry into the raffle varies from £5-£20. You may purchase more than one ticket. The result of the raffle is final

  2. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date (23rd of April 2022). Any payment received after the draw date  will be treated as a donation.

  3. Tickets may be bought online. 

  4. One raffle ticket per raffle will be drawn randomly and the winner will be notified by email if not present on the night of April 23rd, 2022.

  5. In the case of Barbados retreat winner, the prize is one space in a three person room. Winner will need to travel with two paying guests they invite to the retreat. 

  6. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years.

  7. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.

  8. Monies raised by this raffle will support the  work of You Can Free Us, registered charity number 1175146.

  9. The prize will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn.

  10. No responsibility is taken for raffle tickets and payment lost, delayed, or damaged in the post and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  11. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  12. All winners are required to cooperate with NH Wellness Ltd. right to publish their win or participation as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.

  13.  All raffle prizes are non transferable or non redeemable for cash, if your retreat is cancelled for whatever reason, NHR will not be liable to reimburse you: The winner has no claim against the company.

  14. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. NH Wellness Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
